Why logos can work inside QR codes
QR codes include error correction — redundant data that lets scanners recover the message when part of the pattern is covered. A centered logo uses that margin. When you upload a logo here, error correction is set to H (highest) so a larger center mark is more likely to remain readable.
Tips for keeping a branded QR scannable
- Keep the logo reasonably sized (at or below about 50% of the QR).
- Use strong contrast between foreground modules and background.
- Prefer a simple logo mark over fine detail at small print sizes.
- Test the final QR at the physical size you will print or display — we do not guarantee every logo combination will scan.
PNG vs SVG for branded QR codes
PNG is a raster export at a fixed pixel size — good for web and many print workflows. SVG is vector and scales cleanly for large print. Choose based on where the code will be used.
